My MJ dont ring when incoming calls

Hello another problem i was using MJ with a wireless phone but now i need to use a headset the problem is when i was using the wireless i also install the magicblock and now i uninstalled well the point is that when i have a incoming calls MJ show me the incoming call but not ring on the speakers i already chek the settings and everything appears to be fine and enable everything on my computer settings but no ring so any tips i can get to fix this please.... thank you a lot...
