How can I keep the Accept/Ignore screen from popping when the phone rings? I just want to auto answer my phone without clicking accept or ignore the phone call.

See the hacks forum on this site, and browse through the "sticky" topics at the top. I saw two topics discussing this (magic block and something about "popping up.").

I just want to auto answer my phone without clicking accept or ignore the phone call.

I don't know if anyone has written anything to "auto answer" yet. I could write a script to detect when the "incoming call" window is open, and activate the "accept" button. But, that would take more time than I have now. If someone else wants to do it I could tell them how.
