cant seem to get voice mail to work when pc off

I have spent hours with mj tech support, going in circles, only to end up where I started I only want voicemail working when pc is off??? is that a lot to ask lol,
any assistance greatly appreciated

what's up with the tech support mj hasn't, no incident #'s,,, no record of user issues ??? sounds a little back country?

Just keep contacting them every day or two. Eventually you'll reach a rep who knows how to fix it. There's no reason to follow their 3-hour scripted changes to your computer for a problem like this. Just tell them you would like your problem escalated to a supervisor. When you reach a supervisor, tell them you would like it escalated to engineering.
