I get cut off all the time

Hi, I'm curious as to why I am getting cut off all the time ? I have high speed cable connection and I am using XP Pro sp3 . Any help would be much appreciated , thanks

I don't have an answer but have the same problem sometimes. It seems to be random. The other night my wife was on a call for 8 or 9 min and then it dropped. When she tried calling back the call was dropped within seconds of connecting. I restarted MJ - no difference. But then calling another number in the same area code worked fine.

I have high speed internet too, some times i have that problem too but was that my ISP have some king like lags or something like that and MJ cut the call well thats what happen to me

Are you wireless? If so I have been having the same problem. I haven't fixed it yet.

No, I am not using wireless . I even tested my internet line which show very good . I wish the inventor would put as much time as he does selling the product towards tech support . I really hope this isn't one of those money grabber product . I mean its great if it could really work . For starter the money for it is really good , I just hope someone could assist .

It's possible it could be a USB power problem. Try another port or a powered hub.
