can't change address or add new location

i dont know why, but before my sister did changed her address (different country), but now me and my friend trying to change/add new location but it won't let us in registration coz the only "country" in there is "USA"...we tried to contact chat live support but they can't help us, they said she already forward the problem to their engineer dept and wait for the email in 24 hrs...is there anyone knows how to do it? pls help..thank you much

The 911 service is only available within the US i live in Colombia and i cant put my home address here so i put a fake address and the button turn yellow

That's what I want to do, to deactivate the "911", and to deactivate it, it needs to change the location or add new address. Coz we don't want the kids to mess up with the "911" buttons and the MJ product was in the other country, and the address in that MJ is USA...since it was there (diff't country) now, we want to change the address or add new location to deactivate the "911" buttons...how?

do the same as i do clic on add new location and simply put fake information when you clic ok with that fake information the MJ system will not recognize that info you enter and the 911 button will turn yellow wich means the information can not be verified thats what in live chat support told me when i made the same question because a have my little brother mesing around too, so i hope this works on you too...

I get what you mean...before I want to change the "Country" in registration, but it won't let me...so I did what you replied in here...and it turned yellow...at least the "911" was deactivated now. Ok Thank you for your help emiliomcol..(salute)

acording to the live tech support when the 911 button turn yellow if the botton is pressed its ok because nothing gonna happens...
