I keep trying to install and register MJ per the instructions on the box. I have Vista Business edition on a Toshiba laptop. MJ wont install. So, I go to the MJ website and download the "update." The update seems to run fine at first but then I get a warning message that I should plug the MJ into a USB port. Its already plugged in. Looks like its not being recognized fully. So, I unplug it and replug it into another port. That's when the MJ website pops up with its commercial (I'm really sick of that kid with her two dogs). But nothing good happens. In my Device Manager, I have MJ in the Disk Drive section and it appears to be working. MJ also appears in the DVD-CD/ROM section with the yellow exclamation point.
The MJ technical chat was less than helpful. I believe they instructed me (and I dumbly followed) to fully format the MJ and change the names so the necessary second (?) type of HW is never loaded properly. HELP!!
MJ wont install.
