Magic Jack will not install

MJ thinks I am using Win NT when I am using Win XP. What file Is MJ looking for? Has anyone come accross this issue?

Yes my mother-in-law's computer does the exact same thing - do you have a solution yet?

Her computer is a Gateway using XP Home Edition.
