International Calling will not work today.. US calls are OK

I use my MJ daily to call the UK.However over the past two days , it wont work for me.
I have lots of "international mins" on my account , which is active , but on dialing ANY international number , I do not get the "we are routing your call" message , there is just silence and then the dial tine re-occurs after 30 seconds or so..

I have done all the usual stuff , ie rebooting / plugging in and out the MJ etc etc.

"local" calls within the US work perfectly..

Can anyone confirm International calling is working for them?

Any idea for a fix? - All I got from "live support" is "try again tomorrow"

I tried to make a call to Germany today, and had the same issues you seem to have. I need a phone that is reliable, this is unacceptable.

Calls to Colombia are working fine.

If I were making international calls, I'd use another service like vbuzzer.com. (Pay as you go, etc.). I don't see MJ's value proposition being international calls. To me, it's a local phone number and free domestic calls. For that, it's worth putting up with the frustration. Putting up with it includes backup services like vbuzzer and Skype (both pay-as-you-go).
