My cell has been busy tonight receiving calls because Jack is not working. People either get a busy signal or "Your call cannot be completed at this time, please try your call later". When I try to call out, it either goes right back to dial tone or the phone on the other end never rings. Have restarted it and have the same problem.
Any ideas or solutions?

Can't reach tech support
Go to there web site to click through to reach cusotmer service and it doesn't go there.
Server is down
Found the link to their tech people and learned their server is down and may be out of business for 24 hours.
