Can not get hand held phone to dial

I am lost had magic jack for almost a yr now over 20 hrs talking to support and can not get the hand held phone to dial have dial tone but will not dial can dial out from the soft pad fine have used 6 phones none will dial out any help would be great thanks

The usual suggestion to a problem like this (after determining calls work with the softphone, and other handsets don't work) is to try a powered USB hub.
