My MagicJack loose contact & recorded numbers

I have been on the chat with tech support about 5 times now and spent much time trying to fix this. I don't trust the chat help service anymore because last time they crashed my pc. Ok, here is what is happening. If the magicjack gets unplugged or the pc has to restart it wipes the memory of what ever is on the magicjack. Also everytime Magicjack starts I have to login.
One of the things the chat help had me do is format the magicjack drive. I am wondering maybe this is what messed it up.

I would really like some help with this.
