My girlfriend lives in China and my magicJack phone always rings when she has called me here in America for the last 6 months, but in the last week she tells me that she calls me but my phone does not ring. I have tested calling my MJ number with my cell phone and my MJ rings, I have also contacted other people here in the states to call my MJ phone and my phone rings. I call my girlfriend in China from my MJ phone and her phone rings and she answers. Can anyone tell me if calls from China to me are blocked? My girlfriend can call my cell phone and it rings, but not not my MJ. Anyone out there with any thoughts? I do not think it is an MJ problem, but maybe a problem from China?

It is so very hard to diagnose MJ problems and this sound like one of the harder ones to nail. Is there anyone else in China you could have give you a call?
Is your Girl Friend using MJ also? If she is that just compounds the problem as far as trying to figure it out.
I would strongly suggest not ripping into your system, especially the things that the Tech Support people will suggest. You will just end up with the same problem plus the possibility of your computer not working correctly anymore. The only thing I would do as far as Tech Support is contact them and see if they have any knowledge of a problem with incoming calls from China ( and narrow that down to a city or town if you can). Also the first go you will probably not get much help but ask that your problem be escalated to the next level. The first level folks mean well, but they just are not very much help as a rule.
A lot of these type of MJ problems have been know to just go away on their own if you can just wait them out, yes I know it is difficult you want to get in there and do something but to me this sounds like an MJ problem not something wrong with your system.

When my girlfriend calls me she is either using her cell phone or her landline home phone. Both phones does not make my MJ ring. Just remember I have tested my phone by having other people here in the states call my MJ phone and it rings with no problem. My computer and my MJ is working very good, good audio quality receiving and making phone calls. My girlfriend does not have a magicJack when she calls me. Although I will be going to China next month in March giving my girlfriend a computer along with a majicJack I am giving her. The number I will setup for her will be in the same area code i am here in the states since i can make good phone calls sending and receiving. I will test the the phone calls while in China using MJ there in making phone calls and receiving. Maybe with MJ it will fix the not phone ringing problem from China to the USA?

I thought you were that same fellow, but I mixed up your timeline and thought that you had already brought the MJ to China.
Unfortunately, that makes the current problem that much harder to fix, though it makes it much easier to diagnose. It is likely that the international phone company that is handling the call from China to the US (or, more likely, their US partner) has not yet implemented the MAC that tells them to put your MJ's exchange into their system and to know how to route to it.
Eventually, it will catch up and your MJ will be able to receive calls from China. I just wouldn't recommend that you hold your breath until then.
Meanwhile, why not ask your girlfriend to send an email to your cell phone when she wants you to call her? The email will be free from her PC or cheap from her cell phone, and you will receive it very quickly.

Thanks for the advice and we are already doing the email and cell phone idea. One of the things I am sure will solve the problem is when next month in March I will be there in China and before leaving the USA, I will setup my girlfriends computer with a new MJ I have bought and add the same local area code as mine. While in China I will test the MJ connection back to America by calling my friends and family. Also I will have them call my girlfriends MJ number while in China just to check the connection calling and receiving.
