call ends after about 10 mins (sometimes) 5year plan not
i have a 3 phone system a base with 2 satellites and whenever im on the sats the phone call intermittently hangs up. no fading of sound no warning just pfft gone. anyone else have this prob? (Sorry just found post about usin mj with not dongle) also my thoughts on getting more then one year service. after 30 days your mj is no longer under warranty. if it quits/goes kaput can ya transfer that 4 years and 10 months and 29 days to another mj? my first mj went kaput after 6 weeks and support basically said too bad so sad buy another. i did and this one been workin over a year. hate to think ya spend 60 bucks for 5 years and next month you mj goes poof and ya have to buy another.(+ another 60 for next 5 lol)
You seem to have three old topics addressed in this one new thread. I recommend you visit three areas of this forum to address your problems.
For your phone's dropout, look for threads that talk about cordless phones interfering with WiFi routers. You will find help from others about positioning, changing channels on one device or the other, and more.
For the warranty, look for the threads that are discussing the 4/5 year extension and whether or not a 5 year warranty is truly included in the package.
For transferring the remainder of a license, I remember seeing discussion on this point, as well.
If you can't remember what you have been reading here on this forum every day since you joined a year ago, the Search button can help you remember.

This 10 min to dial tone is still true. I went back to ATA after some time now. The call disconnects and still dial tone. This might be related to answer from another thread: MJ probably * does not * have agreement with using the free proxy. After some time, drops the call. Another reason might be bad/overloaded server. My proxy is nashville.
Now, I have same problem with MJ device and through ATA. When the calls are short, it might seem like everything is working well. When on long calls, might notice the actual problem. So far, on 11th drop. Call * quality * is absolutely clear. Other PC on the same router are working great and my network bandwith is idle (no downloads, no other activity at this time).

im not an expert here but had a similar problem. Are you using an ATA?
when i was listening to a long call like a conf call, if i had my phone muted or not speaking, the system took that to think there was nothing happening. there was an option in the ATA (voice suppression). once i checked it, the problem went away. I can stay on for hours now and no disconnect.
