similar linksys PAP2T -NA adapter

Can anyone name an ATA adapter which is similar to LinksysPaP2T NA.

Linksys PAP2T NA which I bought is defective for the second time .

Any Linksys or Sipura ATA will be similar and will have substantially the same look and feel in the configuration pages. You can easily use:

SPA-1001 - one FXS Line (plus an optional second Line sharing the same port.
SPA-2000 - two FXS Lines
SPA-3000 - one FXS Line plus one FXO Line
SPA-2100 - two FXS Lines plus a simple NAT router
SPA-3102 - one FXS Line plus one FXO Line plus a simple NAT router

Grandstream also makes ATAs that should work well with MJ, but their programming interface and available features differ from Linksys/Sipura.
