Not getting incoming call in MAgicjack SIP
I got the SIP info of my magicjack & I configured it with gizmo .
I can make calls to other number , but When I am receiving calls the other person cant hear me . But I get the ring from the other number.
Is magicjack banned it from receiving call .
IS there any other setup to do
Pls help

You are not the first to have this exact complaint. Not by a long shot. Please read through the forum (the Technical Support category is a good place to start) to learn what others have done to solve this problem, and then ask a specific question in the appropriate thread when if you find that the particular solution fails you. If you don't care to invest the necessary time to do this research, you can lessen the investment by using the Search feature to narrow down which postings to read first.
Have any of you tried using the service on any other PC?
Have you not made the mistake of allowing your MJ softphone to start up even though you are using a different softphone?
Since packets are successfully entering your home through your router, we know that your router is not the problem. We know this because we know that that packets can only come inbound as a response to an outbound request and we know that you are smart enough not to open any inbound ports in your router to make any SIP client work.
If I were to wager, I would bet that there is some software running on the PC (SJPhone, AIM, Skype, etc.) that is competing for the resource you need to send your voice to the other end.
