CALL ROUTING using "FX300 analog call director"

Post by user9001 »

I discovered this device while browsing this forum, but have not been able to locate a merchant that sells it.

I did find this web site http://www.sipcpe.com/FX300Analog.html

I checked eBay and google for it, with no luck.

Anyone know where I can buy this or even possibly a better method of using call routing using one or two Magicjacks

I saw that a while back and looked for one also.. Cant find any.. A very good comparison for it is the spa3102 Linksys, it will do the same thing if routing your calls from cell to a call thru situation is what you are looking for. 8) good luck with your search..

YUP!!
8) I had one doing that, but It was so much delay that it wasn't worth the headache. It was awhile back, but, it can be done. You would set up the Creds of an incoming line, it could be any inward DID, like one of the free DIDs you can get out of Wash State from freedigits.net, although I don't think they are offering anymore right now, because so much of the service was being abused, then have a code that you would set that would access the PTSN line, which could be anything, Home land line, or any Voip line that you have plugged into the PSTN jack. You'll have to do some digging to find out how to set that up, but it has definitely been discussed here in the forum.. I don't have the time to explain it to you, I would prefer, even, that you search it out and when you have got it up and running report your success for anyone else that might want to set that up.. Hint, there has been a lot of talk of the set up on Voxalot..Good luck..

The heavy discussions were on Voxilla and talk about doing this using a Sipura SPA-3000, the predecessor to the SPA-3102. It involves connecting a telephone wire from the PHONE jack of the SPA to its LINE jack, programming the credentials for each of your two VoIP services into the Line1 and PSTN Line pages of the SPA, and programming PINs into the gateway interface to prevent "passersby" from gaining use of your account.
