You will not get a quicker answer by crossposting the same empty question in another category. Please go back to your other thread and list the details of exactly what you are trying to do and what is not working properly.

Please do not crosspost. It actually delays getting you an answer.

Was supposed to reply on poster's original post but I can't seem to find it.

e2727,

What operating system are you using? If you are on Windows XP or Vista, try the following:
1. Go to your Control Panel and open Internet Options or open Internet Explorer (Click Tools>Internet Options)
2. Click the Privacy tab
3. Lower the cookies bar to below Medium
4. Click the Sites button
5. Add talk4free.com and click Allow>Click Ok
6. Click the Advanced button not tab and make sure Override automatic cookie handling is NOT checked>Click Ok
7. Click Apply and Ok
8. Unplug your magicJack and end the following processes in Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete): UTSCSI, NEWNET_SETUP, MAGICJACK, and MAGICJACKLOADER
9. If you do not see the above processes, just plug the mJ back after 15 to 20 seconds
