Leopard - No serial number passed

Hi;

I am running MJ on a MacBook Pro with 10.5.6. I have MJ installed and running with the following error in the display "Please connect to the internet and double click here [error 3]". Upon double clicking, it pops up a registration window that states "No serial number passed".

If I dial a number, it attempts to register on its own but fails and returns to the first error on the display stated above.

I am running NetBarrier. I have the same issues with NetBarrier disabled.

Any ideas?

Just for troubleshooting purposes, try disabling both netbarrier and the OS X firewall. If you still have no luck, try plugging straight into your cable/dsl modem and bypassing your router. I'm guessing there's a setting on your router that's blocking the connection.
