putting in email address and name for magicjack to work

I can't put the email address and password into magicjack to make it work. I can dialout with a dialtone but can't complete the call without it of course. i have reformatted the drive, ran the upgrade software, unplugged an dreplugged the hardware. I have had a problem with the magicjack for a while but have always been able to fix it with these steps including being able to put in the email address and password. Now magicjack doesn't bring up the page to let me put in the information. I am not behind a firewall and don't use a router. i have disabled my antivirus to run the upgrade program. i hope someone can help because I am at a dead end. thanks
