MajicJack on Vista

I can't get my MJ to auto install.. or manual install on either 2 vista computers. But installed perfect on a 3rd XP (with sp3) computer.
I even went ahead and reformatted and installed a fresh copy of Vista on one of the computers. Still no go. Still the same problem: no auto install and when going to the MJ assigned drive… No files in there.!!
PS. Both Vista computers updated with SP1. Some on here say SP1 on vista is the problem... most say no problem with using SP1.

The thing is I need to use this MJ on one of my Vista computers!!
What could be wrong?

Did you log into your MJ account and download and install the files that are there for Vista?

Ok. I figured out what the problem is.
Its my HardDisk Sentinel Pro was blocking MJ from running..
I uninstalled harddisk sentinel. and bingo.. MJ workds perfect.l

I've had it work fine (aside from dropped calls) on both Vista Ultimate 32bit and 64bit.
