Hello; ok I'm one of the users that has been pleased but this last month something totally wrong. I used MJ for many month in fact have 3 of them without problems in past.
NOW My problem is a call comes in it drops after about 15sec of chat. I have to unplug my MJ and plug it back in then call them after it resets. After the call I have to reset or it does it again to next call. I have high speed cable and even bought new router thinking it might have been problem. Now it does it on multi units so think Software problem.
