Their rating went up fast in 9 months. I remember last summer they were at an F.

Could it be that they just joined the BBB in March of 2009 and paid the "mordida" hence the elevation of status? There have been no questions about the truthfulness of their advertising? Very interesting!

Just because the have agreed to perform according to their own contract 796 times doesn't mean that they actually intend to do so. Only time will tell if the number of new complaints again outstrips their ability to cope with them.

It certainly is less expensive for MJ to pay dues to BBB than to spend money to improve their business practices.
