how do i know if my magic jack account is disconnected due to violations of the TOS?
on asterisk it shows that auth sent..... but if i call the number of my magic jack still no voice prompt that says its disconnected instead the usual "the person on exentension number"

It may be something as simple as MJ changing your password. You need to stop your Asterisk from trying to Register, wait about 10 minutes, and start up your real dongle. You may find that MJ wants to send you some updates. Also, the only way to reliably check the health of your MJ account is by using the real MJ softphone and looking at the screen.
