Setting up Voice Mail
I set up my voicemail yesterday but still only heard an automated message when I called so I tried "live chat" which was the worst experience ever. Seemed no one knew anything - about ANYTHING. I had two different people not answering my questions. I seriously wondered if they were children and it took forever. The last thing was they were going to reset my voicemail and have me start over leaving my four different types of messages which no one seemed to know the circumstances under which each one would play or how exactly the "temporary" message is used. I just did it all over again and still only an automated message. Anyone know what to do? I can't take online chat again, it could kill me.

It took for me after the 3rd time. I cant say it will be the same for you.
As far as trusting it. I got my MJ last Aug and have had ZERO problems with it and it's voicemail... TILL last week. No messages were getting saved in my voicemail. I DID get email with messages attached. So they reset it last week and all worked fine till yesterday when the same thing started happening again and I had them reset it again. So it is working again. Will it stay that way?? Not a clue. I do know there are burps and farts from time to time, usually with their server updates. So I hope that is all this is.

I know the first is for when you are unavail and the second is if you are talking on the phone (so you can say I am on the phone right now) and I am not sure of the 3rd. I only set up the first one but I can see if you are a business you may need the first 2.
Glad it worked. When I FIRST set mine up in Aug 08, it took the first time, not 3 OR 6 times! Not sure when it started taking more tries as mine as been working just fine till last week.
