Hey everyone.
First AWESOME forum! Very helpful crowd.
Ok, so I bought the MJ to replace my SkypeIn line as other co-workers have owned a MJ for a long time. I tried to have my office number Call Forward to my Magicjack number, BUT when people call my office number, they get a "the person at ###-###-#### is not available, please leave a message at the tone.".
Am I missing something? Did I forget to setup something or does MJ no allow call forwarding to my MJ number?
Please advise.

UPDATE 1:
I tried stopping services of MJ by going through task manager, unplugging the MJ, then after a minute re connect the MJ and I called my office number and it works...
... BUT after a few hours, a co-worker tried to call my office phone and said he got a voicemail message.
Anyone know of any MJ idle issues? The odd thing was that I was on the MJ phone most of that time period for meetings and calls in general, so calling out is fine.

I went there and everything is not ticked so it's always on.murphy wrote:Go into Device Manager and set the USB root hubs Power Management to never go to sleep.
Also check your audio hardware (control panel) for a sleep function and turn it off if it is there.
Secondly, since it's Vista, I ensured that the USB power saver options were always off of Disabled.
UPDATE 2
So, I took out an old Win XP box and updated it with SP3 and all the lastest patches.
I plugged int MJ and worked right away.
Looks like after I plug it in, it gets incoming calls for the first hour, after that it kicks incoming calls to Voicemail again.
All the USB and power management stuff is set to stay on.
Anyone have any other ideas? I really like this product, I just wish incoming would stay working.
