No dial tone + dialed number does not display on mj console

When I pickup the reciever handset no dial tone is heard and when trying to dial a number to call out it does not display in the console. Everything else works fine. I can dial out using the softphone dial pad.

Would like to get dial tone back. Any ideas?

I followed all support recommendations and no change. On the cordless phone it displays "Line in use" all the time. Its plugged in directly to the mj only. Tried other phones too. No change.

Let me know your thoughts.
