Magicjack on VISTA.. HELP!

Hi people!

So, I have vista 32bit and i plugged in my Magicjack for the first time, it installs and what not. Then it asks for the update, so i go ahead and run the update. It says, "you're lucky, upgrading now" This screen remains there and then before i know it, my computer goes into a blue screen error. "Physical Dump" and my computer restarts. This has occured multiple times, Magicjack customer service is absolutely terrible, Ive gotten nowhere with them. Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!
