Using MJ to setup/run a call center.

What would be the best setup...easiest setup? I'm new to this. Thanks in advance for the ideas and suggestions.

If using MagicJack for your call center phones, the primary thing is to have a rock solid product/service that does not require any telephone support :D

Methinks you missed the sarcastic point of Lymon's response. If you run afoul of MJ's ephemeral usage limit, your accounts will be restricted to incoming only AND he wanted to highlight the hit-or-miss nature of the MJ service that makes it unsuitable for mission critical applications.

BTW, if your account gets terminated for over-use, it still will work for inbound as MJ gets a few shekels for handling inbound calls.

Please understand that MJ does monitor for what they define as overuse and will kill your account without any warning.
Unfortunately, noone knows what those limits are.
You have been warned......
