It's like the radio playing through my head phones

Thank you in advance for helping me.

We have a headset plugged in to the computer and a phone connected.

The trouble is music is playing through the headset. It's like a radio - music and then talking and then quiet for awhile. Minutes later it's playing again.

The only way I stopped it was by forwarding the magicjack to my cell phone.

Any direction on how to stop this? It's hard to watch videos online and hear random talk radio and music at the same time.

when you use the drop down menu in the softphone, is the headset checked? Or the telephone?

The telephone is checked.

Speaker, Microphone and Ringer are all set to "USB Internet Phone by T"

I don't have the ability to change it unless it's checked to headset.

It just came on again. This time it's a sports game - basketball? Soccer? Boxing? And people yelling in Spanish.

It's like I'm in need of psychiatric drugs!
