Apache server

Since I'm gonna keep my pc running all the time to have magicjack working, I decided to use it as a web server as well. My problem now is that whenever I plug in Magic jack, all my port get block and no one can see my server. I unplug magicjack and my website goes live again. any ideas on how to stop magicjack from interfering with my apache web server port 80 ?
