I am sure this has been answered before but please can someone give me a phone # to call to MJ. I paid for a 5 year plan one year ago and my desktop says my service period is coming to an end after 1 year.

If you kept your info on the jack and can present the proof, the Chat support people can help you. Try to get them to get you in touch with Amange, he will most likely be able to get this resolved in 2 minutes..

You need to have received a code for the 5 year plan through e-mail to load into your account. Hopefully you saved the code. Go to chat and ask for Amange.
