I’m finally looking at acquiring this phone myself, any update of a configuration doc or link to someone that may have posted a config for MagicJack and this model..

I own one of this phones. Unfortunately, its no use for it. There is no option to enter the password in the sip preferences. If someone has magicjack workin on this phone, please reply with your settings.

Thanks for the update...

I was looking again and found that Linksys/Cisco has updated this model to the WIP310. Looks like it may have more configuration settings that may alow us to have this work after all..

I bought a PAP2-NA (not pap2t-na) unlocked and got magicjack working successfully. It seems like it is the best way to go. If you are interested in wip330, pm me with your offer.

WIP330 works fairly well; the only downside is that you will have to setup port forwarding 5070 on your WiFi router to the IP that is assigned to the WIP phone in order to receive inbound calls. If you are utilising it for just outbound calls on an open public works just fine. One thing to keep on hand is the cheat sheet on the IP address on the closest proxy servers that you are using it at to keep the latency low as possible. Realtime data traffic over radio waves gets rather interesting at times.

Maybe someone might write an application for a custom firmware to have the option for "NAT Keep Alive" feature which is standard on all but most ATA's...

That's highly unusual for a wifi sip phone. Can you set your sip credentials via the web page IP (assuming it offers such a page)?

i was able to find the web page and the place where i can enter the password. Unfortunately, it doesnt take the password when I hit save.
