MagicJack won't let computer run.

[b] My MagicJack just quit working and crashes the computer if it is plugged in. The help site is useless to get any real help. They keep telling me to plug it in and I tell them it will shut down my computer. I just can't get the message across to the dummies. I just renewed it for another year and can't use it. I'm just guessing, but if you had Windows Explorer open, could you have time to format the mJ before your machine crashes? What happens when you insert the mJ into another machine?

No, I don't have time to format the mj. I don't have another computer. However, I did get them to replace my Magicjack and should get it in the next few days. I have 2 weeks to return the old one or pay for the new one. We will see what happens.
