This has probably been answered by now, but the trick to integrate magicjack sip with the dph-541 phone is to put the Authentication ID in the telephone number field. The actual Authentication ID field can be left empty. More like the following:

SIP Account Name: whatever_u_want
Phone Number: EXXXXXXXXXX01 (=Authentication ID)
Authentication ID: can leave empty
Authentication Password: ********************
SIP Domain: talk4free.com
Proxy Address=proxy01.yourcity.talk4free.com, Port=5070
Outbound Address: can leave empty
Local Port: 5070
Register Timer(sec): 180
Codec: Auto
Pkt Time(ms): Default
OutofBand DTMF: On
