MJ Blocked in Dubai , UAE ?

Can anyone confirm that MJ is blocked in Dubai , UAE by the ISP ETISALAT ?
Is there a way to be able to use MJ inspite of this ?

Thanx for the link . I was wondering if there,s a way to get MJ to work by using VPN such as such as www.logmein.com ( Hamachi ) or www.hotspotshield.com ??

I was in Dubai This August and was able to use MJ with no issues. As a matter of fact I left one with my brother and called him yesterday September 9th and had no issues either.

Hotspotsheild works but audio wasn't very good for me. So VPN's should work. I've heard of success stories with hotspotsheild, etc.

As for UAE... I thought they block all VOIP traffic anyway, don't they?
