I haven't noticed anything new in the update. Just wondering if anyone has noticed any improvements.

Sadly, am now getting the "No serial number passed" problem. Turned off ALL firewalls, etc and still no luck. Maybe they will solve it on their side by the morning. Anyone else having this problem?

The odds are you have non-default settings for cookies. Set your internet explorer to allow cookies from reg.talk4free.com. This is under the privacy tab, then click the sites button enter the url and then hit allow.

All I noticed was my magic jack display doesnt fit all of the information on the display cutting off a small portion on the bottom.

I noticed after my update my 911 info no longer shows on the softphone..
Anyone else??
Other than that all seems ok. I haven't tried talking for longer than 2 hrs so I have no idea if the time limit has been done away with ( seems unlikely)
I sure wish they would have a changelog posted after an update.

The graphic for my 911 button doesn't show up but the info seems to be there.

I'm also now missing the Do Not Disturb function.

I agree, they should have a change log.

YEP D.N.D. is missing too. I didnt notice that as it is something I rarely use. BUT does come in handy. I guess I will just stop the MJ.exe when I don't want the phone to ring. Curious as to what other changes will be discovered. Thank God for this forum.

Same here. Nothing about 911 or Do Not Disturb left. But, I never used them.

Am on hour 4 with tech support (in total), is there some file that has the serial number as that seems to be the crux of the matter. The MJ worked fine for months until this recent upgrade.

HELP!

Does anybody have a Do Not Disturb hack. I loved that feature. Why did they take that away?

I went to the magicjack faq and found this.

No. We do not offer Do Not Disturb.

Noticed on more than one MJ computer setup running the new update that the response time to get a dial tone is much faster and incoming call ring comes in faster.

Seems the softphone program is a bit more responsive in this version.
