Incoming CID names?

Any idea when incoming CID will have names, or for that matter if there is even any intention of adding it?

I don't think so.
I read somewhere else on this forum that it would cost them every time just to look up the names associated with the phone numbers calling you.
If that's true, then I doubt they plan on it.

If you add the names you want to display to the contacts list on the main display, then when that person calls, their number AND NAME will display. I believe this gives you what you are looking for, and costs MJ nothing!

Name comes up on some calls now. My sister called my last night and here Name and number came up on the caller ID box. Its not stored anyplace for number matching and bringing up the name either. it true caller id, but only works when she calls from her home phone, other still just get number. She has a cable co for her home number so don't know if thats anything to do with it but hopefully more will start coming thru

My guess only reason her number pops up with her name, would be that her cable or phone company is affiliated that jet max or big man company. With her magic jack company which comply's with her phone company of some kind?
