I have two different MJ account with 2 different numbers on 2 different spa2102's , one in a home in Utah and another one in a California home. They were both working just fine until earlier today but a few hours ago, both stopped working. the registration status now shows "failed" on both of them???? I wonder if others are having similar issues. Is MJ on to us?
I chatted with them (MJ support) and they told me that my accounts are in good standing. Please help.
