I came home from work one day to find my computer shut off. Apparently there was a short power glitch. When I booted up, my MJ program failed to load. There was a MJ icon on the desktop but it was just blank white and the MJ dialer never showed up.
I spent two days on MJ chat support and the only thing they managed to accomplish was to disable my DVD drive so that I had to take it to a guy a work to get it to run again. Even being bumped to second level support didn't help.
I found instructions on the web to completely remove MJ from my PC, which I followed, then I tried to start from scratch with MJ. Same result. MJ never loads.
My suspicion is that the MJ dongle was damaged somehow. Does anyone have any idea if that might be the case? Or is it a software problem that the MJ support people just can't fix. Thanks for any assistance!
