Ive had 3 upgrades this week

Three times this week my magicjack got the upgrade message when I started it up.I had my computer in standby mode that Im able to get into by stopping process in window task manager.When I click on magic jack icon it gave me the luck you upgrade message twice and just a download message once.Magic jack is running no different.

Anyone else get multiple upgrades or is something wrong and i just keep getting the same upgrade over and over?Doesnt do it each time I start magicjack so im not sure what is going on

Are you running MJ as a service?

Are you running MJ in your user's folder or do you have it somewhere else (mjusbsp)?

I ask this because if you are running under a different folder or user credentials, the upgrade may be installing to your folder while you are running MJ from another folder. This could possibly cause the upgrade to trigger when you ran it from the alternate location because it would be the older software version.

Magicjack just connected to my laptop using powered USB hub.
