Trixbox, FreePBX, Ast3risk... MJ no longer works :(

Ok guys. Pbx went down yesterday. I know everyone is experiencing issues registering MJ with their ATAs, softpone ect. I already put the new password and proxy address and still not good. Does anyone know how to set this up properly for Ast3risk? Please Ast3risk users also need help on this!

Whats your settings

Maybe you don't have the proper user info or maybe the big update they did added checking for more stuff..

I took out my settings and noticed it last night .. I Just plugged it in and noticed a update.

I will try mine out and get back to you on how mine went

Me too.. Been down same as everyone else... Been plugging in different variations and no go..

Strange, it registers fine sometimes then sometimes not randomly

This worked good for a while inbound and outbound.. I updated the information and same issue.

Why do you have 5070 twice on your register string?

last year I got thinking about the
qualify= and I use to run it.. and well thats one sure way to see if your running so i took that off

I knotice its in someones.. they may of used my original configuration back last year posted on the old website. I dunno no one really knows if it matters. Be nice to have a inside tech there giving us some tips.. but now with the hack software everyone and there sister can grab and play.. i dunno I have knoticed it taking longer to get a free line now..

if it matters the ip is newyork now but I was good since dec with proxy1.Chicago.talk4free.com.. I will fill in the Chicago ip and try that tommorow.

Note I been running pretty much these settings for almost 2 years asterisk 1.2 and in that time when I got the Magic jack I set it up then they changed things and added security roughly 6 months later
Then changed the credentials again dec.. ..08

I hear there was a update in april 09 but I was not paying attention.. and now june 09 09 yesterday

My account does not register .. looks like there is talk of making it change the sip account refresh rate But I dunno I don't buy that argument .. not yet anyway

I only let my account attempt to register for 10 mins or so..

My usb on a xp sp2 system seems to run fine.. after a update and made me do a web auth

So I dunno.. I will play more possibly tommorw If anyone gets anything.. post it..

do your self a favor and disable or delete the account for now..

I have not had time but first thing I did is disable the account. When you get flagged and banned it sucks..

what proxy you where connecting to and how long have you had your account..
Mine is from dec 07 been using the proxy1.Chicago.talk4free.com

there is alot of talk of older accounts being moved over to a new system and newer accounts are uneffected.

I am off till it becomes more clearer from the clues.

if your 2009 and it been working no problem up to now then that throws the talk of the older models dying. 2009 jan would be considered fairly new

I've tried every possible combination of my new MJ credeitals and proxy settings over the last 3 days and nothing. I too have been running the MJ with my Trixbox since January this year.
