Error 401

i need help! i keep getting this error message 401 which says pls restart your computer and try again. did that a lot of times but still the same error! can it be because of wrong location?

Two suggestions:

1) search this forum for lots of other posts about the same problem, or

2) contact tech support and let them walk you through the fix.

You do have internet connectivity right? Check to make sure that you can access the internet and that you're firewall is not getting in the way (e.g., turn off your firewall for a short time to test but DON'T leave it off).

Error -401 Please restart your magicjack and try again later.

This error arise when your magicjack has upgraded itself and but could not successfully completed upgrade. Please come on our live chat then we will refresh your account setting and also you will need to change your DNS . Please do not worry at all . This is very common and known to us and your internet connection is working absolutely fine. There is no issue with your internet connection.

Yes, just contact their live chat and have them refresh your Entice on their side.. And that will fix the issue..

Try to fix windows registry with RegCure/Registry Mechanic software. It works for me 100%.
