help cant call other magic jacks

update they fixed it for me guess live help does pay off lol

hi ive talked to live help about this and all they did was give me the run around saying they needed to

"Cassy: Yes, we only need to refresh your account from here in our end"

after waiting a day it still didnt fix it i can call out to any land line and cell phones just fine its only wan i try to call someone else with a magicjack number it just goes straight to there voice mail i have ran the upgrade didnt fix it i have forward my ports and try it with out my router and tested it out on another pc still does it and i have formatted my magicjack and resetted it up i dont know what else to try and live help is no help at all

Can you confirm the other MJ was up and running (computer was on?). Were you calling another time zone, could the other MJ/computer have been turned off? If MJ is off or unplugged, calls can go to voicemail.

If you are getting to their voicemail, then MJ is working and most likely the problem is at the other end.

hi yes the pc and mj is on at the other end wan i call it i got off live chat and they told me its on there end

"Journey: Okay, Thank you for that information, It seems that this issue is not from your end, it's from us, Would you mind give us atleast 12 to 24 hours to fix this issue, As I will need to forward this issue now to our engineering department, they will need to deeper look into this issue, since based from you, You can call any land line number without any issue as well as to any cellphone number, We will need to check your magicjack settings here in our end, and fix this issue Asap."

so ill wait a day to see if they do anything most likely they wont do noting to fix it but its worth a try
