how to fix magickjack broken storage warning

Hi Guys Firsly excuse my english. ill try to explain you guys how to fix this issue. that happend to me too. accidentally I formated my MJ drive. and after I install it back I recived the Broken storage message.

ok you should know first that you already loose your all contact details.
thats why my recomendation is to keep a back up. like I do.

ok let do it; firstly go to this page and download the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/f ... views.html

after the installation you should format your MJ device as "NTFS " complete format.

then you should be able to use it. maybe need to unplug and plug it back.

Or go buy another dongle and get a new number with that dongle and return your broken one back in the package. Maybe that will show MJ peeps the flaws in their thinking on ATA.
