Cannot add money to international calling, get error message

I've been trying to add money to my international calling balance for more than two months now and always get the same error message:

SQLERRM: ORA-20020: QuickOrder Problem: K99: KILLED 5 FRAUD parameters Found! ANCEXS ORA-06512: at "YMAX.IPPPACKAGE", line 483

Has anybody run into this or have a clue what the issue could be? MagicJack support keeps telling me they are looking into it, no help so far.
