Error 3 and Error 9 when starting MagicJack

I just bought MagicJack and registered the email and confirmed it. This was about an hour ago. I am running Vista 64.

I downloaded and installed the Lucky You upgrade for Vista. When I start MJ, I still get the Error 3 error and eventually an Error 9 error.

I turned off Windows Firewall and Avast Security and am still getting the error.

Any Suggestions???

Are you using a router? Try to add the ports that the magicJack uses on your router.. And also try to check if your license is not expired.. xD
