No incoming calls

I have got the outgoing calls working but still cannot seem to keep incoming calls working. They work for a while and then stop. How often does the MJMD5 register with magicjack and is their a way to change it? I am running it on a ddwrt router. All the posts i have seen have said to set the ata register expire to 180 which i did but the ata is now registering with the MJMD5 utility on the router not magicjack server so i dont know what good it will do. Seems to me that we need the MJMD5 utility to register more often correct?

make sure "NAT keep alive" is checked.

It is checked, but like i stated before the ata now registers with the router, not magic jack anymore. seems like there need to be a way to have a nat keepalive in the MJMD5 utility to keep the connection to the MJ servers open. Am i thinking wrong about this?

You might take a look at this discussion. It solved my problem but I'm using TC and ATA, not "doctored" Router.

I think i got this working now. I reset the ata to factory default and started over from scratch. I did a lot of messing with settings after it quit working last month and had a hunch something still was not right. After setting everything back up all appears to be working correctly. Thanks to everyone on these forums for all the help!
