Problems with server 2003 - phone keeps ringing

I'm running MJ on
900mhz
~600mb RAM
128mb video

It's a decent old machine. everything works great, but when someone calls the phone never stops ringing. I can make calls perfectly, but when I receive calls it rings non-stop. I had to remove the drivers and whatnot. Has anyone encounter this problem?
Any advice?

UPDATE: I just installed windows xp and the same problem occured.

The phone dials out fine, but when it receives incoming calls it just rings and you can't stop it unless you unplug the phone.

Any ideas?

Can you try another phone. Not a tech expert but I've seen some folks who have weird ring problems that get solved by changing phones. Worth a try.
