My struggle getting my ATA working, SiPhone works fine?

Okay, now.. here's the background:

I have a RTP300-NA with all the settings taken from a tutorial I found on this site. Incoming works great with or without proxy (with MJMD5 and the DD-WRT port, both tested). But any time I try to make an outgoing call with the proxy (192.168.1.5:5070, no firewall) I get a rapid busy signal as soon as I try to place a call. I tried to set the Register Expires to a whole slew of settings, no avail. I turned on and off the outgoing proxy, tried every combo available. Another thing that's weird is that SiPhone works perfect on my iPhone 3GS incoming and outgoing, it even rings in when someone calls. Yes, I always disconnected on device before registering another one to the network. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention, if I use the MJ proxy to make an outgoing call, it goes through and rings the dialed phone, but no sound is heard on either end, and the call never terminates on the MJ side.
