TeamViewer caused ThinClient t5720 issues -- Urgent

Post by fuguansun »

I installed teamviewer on my TC t5720 and it installed successfully. However if I reboot my TC, when the TC started, it will pop up a error as follows:

The Instruction at "0x77777d34'referenced at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read. Click OK to Termite the program.

If I click ok, then a frozen screen will appear and there forever, so I have to basically power the TC off.

However I tried to click start while the message pops up, and I can get into any programs, control panels, just will come up another error:

Windows cannot find '/idlist,:12921640', make sure you typed the name correct and then try again.

THen I uninstalled TeamViewer, and reboot the window, it comes up healthy without any pop-up errors.

Anybody had same issue and know a fix of it?

THanks

Make sure you commit and disable EWF before installing TV. Also make sure there is enough room on the DOM to install it as well. You must have like 4mb of space available on the DOM for the OS to operate properly or you will receive errors. If you're running low on flash disk space try installing it on a USB key. Hope this helps...

My TC has enough space, it is T5720, has almost 700m and 512 memory.

How big is your RAM drive? If not already try going to 64Mb or higher. It may be memory related.

Good Luck
